Yes, sediment is completely natural! Our fruit liqueurs are made using real fruits, herbs, and spices, so you may notice some sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This is a sign of authentic, high-quality ingredients. Simply give the bottle a gentle shake before serving to distribute the flavours evenly.

Our Hazelnut Poitín Liqueur is made using roasted hazelnuts, so it will be normal to find sediment.

While refrigeration is not necessary, storing your liqueurs in the fridge can enhance their freshness and make them more enjoyable, especially for fruit-based liqueurs like our Fresh Lemon Liqueur. Always ensure the bottle is sealed tightly to preserve its quality.

Since we use real, seasonal nuts, fruits and natural ingredients, slight variations in flavour and colour between batches are to be expected. These differences reflect the natural produce used, ensuring each bottle has a unique character while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Orders are dispatched next working day upon completion of purchase. Parcels under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail, Second Class – Signed for service.

Parcels 2kg or over are sent by FedEx. There is an option at checkout for FedEx Express delivery. 

Once your order is with Royal Mail or FedEx, delivery is their responsibility. Please keep your tracking number to monitor your shipment and contact the courier if you have any problems with delivery.
