It is a triple distilled blend of barley, wheat and rye spirits which have been matured in a mixture of virgin oak and bourbon casks. On the Nose: Clean with no ‘off’ notes. Soft, mellow with vanilla/toffee, berries and with a hint of peat.
On the Palate: Very pleasant and like the nose, vanilla/toffee/berries with the peated malt just showing through.
